Getting Started

Click 'Sign Up Free' and enter your shop details and enterprise number. Registration takes less than 5 minutes and is completely free. Our team reviews your application and activates your account within 1 business day.

You need an active shop in Belgium with a valid enterprise number. You'll also need a Belgian bank account for commission payouts. That's it.

After your account is approved, we schedule the delivery of your terminal. Typically you'll be up and running within 3 to 5 business days and can start selling e-Pins straight away.

Terminals

Once your account is approved, we contact you to schedule the delivery and installation of your terminal. Installation in your shop is free of charge.

Contact our support team. We'll arrange repair or replacement, usually within 1 to 2 business days. You don't need to worry about repair costs.

For shops that meet our standard requirements, the terminal is free. There are no monthly rental charges. Get in touch to check whether you qualify.

Commissions

You receive a fixed commission amount per e-Pin sale. The amount depends on the product type: mobile top-ups earn 0.30 to 0.80, gaming cards 0.50 to 1.50, gift vouchers 0.40 to 1.00, and SIM activations 2.00 to 5.00.

Commissions are calculated and paid out daily to your Belgian bank account. You can track your earnings in real time on your dashboard.

Your Thastel dashboard shows a complete overview of all your sales and commissions. You can filter by day, week or month and export reports for your bookkeeping.

Products & Orders

You can order SIM cards from all Belgian providers, plus phone accessories such as cases and cables, and terminal supplies such as thermal rolls.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are delivered the next business day. Delivery is free on orders over 50. Below that, a flat rate of 4.95 applies.

There is no minimum order amount. You order what you need, when you need it. For orders below 50, a 4.95 delivery fee applies.

Account

Go to the Thastel portal or open the app and log in with your email address and password. You can also log in via the Thastel app on your smartphone.

Click 'Forgot password' on the login screen. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. If that doesn't work, contact our support team.

Go to 'Settings' in your dashboard and update your information. Changes to your enterprise number or bank account are reviewed by our team before they take effect.
